Is this really free?

Yes. Evansville area families receive 10 placements at no cost each month. There is no fee to request or redeem the certificate.

What happens after I submit my request?

We will mail your personalized certificate within 3 to 5 business days. In about a week, a member of our Sunset family support team will call or email you to confirm that you have received your certificate and answer any questions you have.

What if I want to use the certificate but this month's ten are already claimed?

We will let you know and hold your request for the next month's opening.

Am I committing to anything else by requesting this?

No. This certificate stands on its own. It does not commit your family to any other service or decision.

What if my loved one was cremated by another funeral home or cremation provider?

That is ok. Even if Sunset didn't cremate your loved one, you can still request a free placement in our Community Garden.
